Michigan Diagnostic Testing For patients

ANS testing is covered by most insurance providers.  If your doctor does not offer ANS testing, you could share our website or, ask your doctor if they would be interested in learning more.  ANS testing is doctor billable for your doctor.

CASH OPTIONS

For patients with doctors not offering ANS testing, no insurance or high deductibles, we offer a cash model.

For the cash program we will give you the doctor and patient report.   We also give you the ICD codes justifying insurance to pay for testing and the CPT codes a doctor would bill to insurance.

Do you have insurance with a high deductible and want to wait to submit the cost to insurance?  You would submit the ICD and CPT codes along with your receipt for paying cash to your insurance company.  If you have a copay, insurance will subtract that from what you paid.

Normal testing is done in a doctor’s office.

For our cash program we can test in your home.  The cost is $300 for each patient.  We need to test 3 patients minimum; 12 patients would take a full day.  The test takes 20 minutes for each patient.  The reports are available immediately after testing.  We accept credit cards.
